If you need to cancel or modify your seasonal site maintenance service, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled service date. We will work with you to reschedule or process any applicable refunds.
Refunds for seasonal maintenance services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
For mulching materials and other products, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the materials are unused and in their original condition. Custom orders may not be eligible for return.
We understand that property needs may change. Contact us to discuss modifications to your seasonal maintenance plan, and we will work to accommodate your requirements.
